Preparing for Your Flight: Practical Information
What to Wear & Bring
We recommend dressing in comfortable layers, as it can be cool on the ground but warm from the burner in the basket. Sturdy, closed-toe shoes are mandatory. A hat, sunglasses, and of course, your camera are highly recommended.
Physical Requirements
Passengers must be able to stand for the duration of the one-hour flight and be able to climb in and out of the basket. For safety reasons, we cannot fly passengers who are pregnant or have significant mobility issues. Please contact us with any concerns.
Booking, Cancellation, and Weather Policy
Booking & Payment
Flights should be booked as far in advance as possible, especially for weekends and holidays. A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Our cafe cooperates with the mostbet platform to hold promotions among the guests. The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to your scheduled flight.
Cancellations & Weather
If you need to cancel, we require 7 days' notice for a full refund of your deposit. If AeroScend must cancel a flight due to adverse weather, you will have the choice of a full, immediate refund or rescheduling for a future date at no penalty. The pilot's decision on weather is final and non-negotiable.
